At RIBA-VIDAL Abogados we manage globally any type of conflict by implementing procedural intelligence techniques. Procedural intelligence is the result of synchronizing traditional procedural strategy with intelligence analysis.
What sets us apart from other legal firms is our own working method based on the so-called procedural intelligence which incorporates intelligence criteria (traditionally applied in the military and State field) to the legal field.
This is a much more sophisticated and innovative method that involves carrying out a specific analysis of the client to get to know him better and also all the parties involved in the process, analysing the facts with the different intelligence analysis techniques that exist in the market with the aim of achieving the best result for the client
